Come learn the art of babywearing! Babywearing is a skill that we once passed down from generation to generation. Not all carriers suit all people, nor the tasks we wish to do! Not all baby carriers are equal either. With a sea of options, it can help have someone guide you to discover what may work for you and your family best! We will cover: -styles of carriers: mei tais, wraps, ring slings, pouches, structured carrier -what carrier for what person/baby/task -babywearing safety: carrier safety, positional safety for both wearer AND child -age appropriate carries -benefits of wearing your baby for both wearer and child And of course...theres always a good dose of: -history of babywearing -anthropological/cultural significance -infant attachment theory -science of safe babywearing Please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
